A 14,000 square foot Commercial Center with wood frame construction, masonry columns, copper roofing and wood shingles. It has a variety of parapet heights which were used to articulate the mass of the building and provide areas for tenant signage and entries. The project site presented challenges with both grade variations and storm water issues.
