The Gaughran Building Addition adds 9,800 square feet of shooting lanes and classroom space to the existing 15,000 square foot indoor shooting range and retail gun sales facility. The new walls will be concrete masonry units with metal accent trim pieces mimicking the reveals in the existing concrete tilt-up walls. The City’s Design Review process was complicated by its new Comprehensive Plan that anticipates future light rail development.
