Since its founding in 1987, Velocitel’s experienced staff has designed, constructed, and deployed over 30,000 wireless sites. In 2000, Velocitel purchased Ruhl-Parr Associates, a professional commercial architecture firm that also designs telecommunications sites. To further complement their existing engineering services, in 2005 Velocitel purchased Sitesafe, Inc., an RF engineering firm that provides regulatory compliance services to the wireless industry. Most recently, Velocitel acquired PS&W Engineering LLC in February 2006—further strengthening the company’s in-house A&E expertise.
